Our Lifetime Warranty applies to every installation & repair done by a Glass Masters technician (unless stated otherwise). This warranty applies to parts, labor, and LDWS calibration.
Windshield Repair
Rock Chip & Crack Repair Warranty
At Glass Masters we pride ourselves in being the best of the best! But sometimes glass just won’t behave the way that we want it to. If our windshield repair cracks out at any point during the life of the vehicle, Glass Masters will subtract the cost of the repair from the cost of the new windshield replacement.
- Glass Masters is attempting to fix a crack or chip and that the glass is ALREADY BROKEN.
- This will NOT BE A COSMETIC REPAIR and the damage will still be visible from inside and outside of the vehicle.
- There is a risk of further damage spreading during the repair attempt and at any point after.
Windshield Replacement
Parts Warranty
Your parts warranty protects against defects in the glass, stress cracks and leaks. This does not, however, protect against any FURTHER windshield rock damage from other outside forces after replacement is completed.
Labor Warranty
Your labor warranty protects against any damage or issues that result from work performed by a Glass Masters Technician. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the windshield installation, we will come out to evaluate the issue and correct it as necessary.
Leak Issue
If we replace your Auto Glass then you detect a leak in the glass that was replaced, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We will come out and perform a leak test ASAP to determine where it is coming from. Leaks can come from sunroofs, moon roofs, roof mounted antennas and roof racks. Performing a leak test will tell us exactly where it is coming from. To correct this issue, we will reseal the glass which works 90% of the time. If the problem persists, the final correction would be to remove the glass and reinstall with a fresh bead of urethane.
If there is damage that you think was caused by us. We will review before and after pictures, If we discovered that we caused the damage we will correct it.
Please inform us as soon as possible, If you are at any time unhappy with any aspect of our work or service. We will take the proper steps to correct the issue. Customer satisfaction is #1 here at Glass Masters.
LDWS Calibration
Your LDWS calibration warranty protects against improper operation of the ADAS system which includes Forward Collision Alert and Lane Departure Warning. The calibration is an objective process that includes precise laser measurements guided by the calibration software on our Opti-Aim computer. If any issues arise due to an improper calibration, we take full responsibility.
If you choose not to have a calibration performed, this warranty is not valid and you take full responsibility for those systems not operating properly. The ADAS is a major part of your safety systems and we take that seriously.
This warranty applies only to the windshield. This warranty does not apply if either we do not receive payment from you or your insurance company. It also does not apply if the invoice is not signed by the authorized holder of the insurance policy, regardless of work completion.
