I never leave reviews for businesses but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Robert at Glass Masters Auto Glass. I was experiencing a "creaking" noise towards the dash/windshield area, especially at very low temps. Robert requested that we complete a test drive together so that I could confirm what noise I was experiencing. He immediately suspected the culprit, which turned out not to be an issue with the windshield itself, but rather an inherent flaw with a piece of moulding that abuts the windshield. He removed the moulding, applied a silicon lubricant, replaced the moulding & refused to charge me for the service. He did all of this in below 0 temps with a smile! Robert was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We will absolutely call them in the future if/when the need arises & highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass or windshield repair.

This company is owned and operated by my brother Robert, that being said I will try to be unbiased! I waited until I used the service to leave this review, he and his staff are very knowledgeable, I needed a windshield replacement and wanted OEM glass which my insurance wouldnt cover, his CSR talked to my insurance and managed to get it covered, within 2 days they were at my home replacing the windshield!! Start to finish it took 45 minutes and he explained not to get a carwash for 2 days an such! I dont leave this good review because they are family I leave it because they were fast, efficient, professional, and courteous to my needs in scheduling and parts!! I highly recommend them for any autoglass needs!

I was so happy with their service that I decided to take few minutes out of my busy day to write them a 5 star review. The technicians were courteous, did excellent work, provided excellent pricing, cleaned up after and got me back on the road in no time. The glass they used are the same OEM parts so they are not cutting corners. They were able to do the repair the next day in less than an hour at pricing that was way below what the major franchise competitors were charging. Would definitely recommend them.

Robert was very professional. I called for a quote to get my windshield replaced on my 2002 VW Golf GTI, the price he gave me was substantially cheaper than all of the other glass shops I had checked. He was also able to schedule a next day appointment, and showed up three hours earlier than I had initially expected (after calling me first). He had my car finished very quickly and the windshield looks factory installed. Overall I am very happy with Glass Masters and I will use them in the future for any glass replacement I need done.

I had damage to a front side window on my explorer and wanted to get it replaced asap. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the following day and it was less than 24 hours from the time I contacted them. I called up Glass Masters after a rock flew threw my rear driver window on the highway going 65 mph. I called up and spoke with a man makes Kenny. I was crying and distraught from the experience I just had and he sat on the phone with me until I pulled safely off the highway. He was very kind and extremely intelligent. He gave me a fair price and the tech showed up to vacuum the glass out for me and put crash wrap over my window area so I could go home. He showed up the next day on time with a friendly smile. He was honest and did the job very well! I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family for any glass need! 10 out of 10 experience from the very minute I called to the second he left!

Speedy and reliable service for a fantastic Price!! Recently my car got broken into and I panicked I was being schedule with my insurance for an appointment that was 10 days away. I called and they got me in ASAP!! It was also a better price than my insurance had suggested. They said they had a “special discount” with their providers, however, glass masters still beat the price! Will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a glass service. Let’s also not forget that I had the service done in my own home and didn’t have to travel. Rate 5/5 but if I would I would live them a 10/10
