2. Warranty Exclusions

- Cracks or chips resulting from improper use or vandalism
- Fail-to-comply with maintenance instructions (e.g., washing before cure)
3. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the original service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
