2. Our Services

We provide mobile auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS recalibration in Minnesota. Details and pricing are available on our Services page.

3. Scheduling & Payments

• Appointments are confirmed once payment details are provided.
• We accept all major credit cards and insurance billing (where applicable).
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

4. Insurance Claims

To protect your interests, call Glass Masters at (952) 491-0505 before contacting your insurer. We require a live three-way call with you, your agent, and the adjuster—no portal submissions. This prevents redirection to third parties like Safelite.

5. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

All installations carry a lifetime workmanship warranty. If defects arise due to our installation, we’ll repair or replace free of charge. See our Warranty Details for full terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Masters Auto Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, MN.
