Robert was very professional. I called for a quote to get my windshield replaced on my 2002 VW Golf GTI, the price he gave me was substantially cheaper than all of the other glass shops I had checked. He was also able to schedule a next day appointment, and showed up three hours earlier than I had initially expected (after calling me first). He had my car finished very quickly and the windshield looks factory installed. Overall I am very happy with Glass Masters and I will use them in the future for any glass replacement I need done.

WOW! I called to repair a windshield and to replace another. The owner arranged to come out earlier and had me back on the road to get to work! Their pricing was lower then anyone else and far better service then I ever had.Great guys to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you!!

I had the tech fix my sunroof leak and it ended up just being a clogged drain. Quick easy fix and he is very intelligent in what he is doing! I will call in the future if I ever need glass service again!

I called up Glass Masters after a rock flew threw my rear driver window on the highway going 65 mph. I called up and spoke with a man makes Kenny. I was crying and distraught from the experience I just had and he sat on the phone with me until I pulled safely off the highway. He was very kind and extremely intelligent. He gave me a fair price and the tech showed up to vacuum the glass out for me and put crash wrap over my window area so I could go home. He showed up the next day on time with a friendly smile. He was honest and did the job very well! I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family for any glass need! 10 out of 10 experience from the very minute I called to the second he left!

I've had them replace windows 2 different times a windshield about a year ago and more recently my car door window. Both times they were friendly, they had my glass replaced within 24 hours, and they vacuumed up all of the glass. Thank you for the great service.

5 star job guys! Kenny was very knowledgeable & he had the appointment set up in less then 5 minutes. The technician that showed up was very professional. He had the whole replacement done in 45 minutes & I got to watch each step. Thank you guys I will definitely refer friends and family.

Speedy and reliable service for a fantastic Price!! Recently my car got broken into and I panicked I was being schedule with my insurance for an appointment that was 10 days away. I called and they got me in ASAP!! It was also a better price than my insurance had suggested. They said they had a “special discount” with their providers, however, glass masters still beat the price! Will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a glass service. Let’s also not forget that I had the service done in my own home and didn’t have to travel. Rate 5/5 but if I would I would live them a 10/10

I would like to highly commend this company! First off, everyone I dealt with was so incredibly nice and engaging. Kenny went out of his way to set up the appointment and I had my windshield replaced in less than 24 hours! Robert did an awesome job doing the replacement with his co-worker (I believe his name was Jesse)

Glass masters did a fantastic job with my wind shield replacement. I picked them up based the previous reviews and definitely they deserve 5 stars. They were able to fix it on time and provided excellent service through out the process. Very prompt with the follow ups and polite in answering all questions. Thank you Robert for your service. Wow! They are really great and reasonable! Came to my home to fix what we thought was a broken window on our Envoy and ended up being an issue with the window regulator which they were able to fix. Very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best glass company in the metro area. They replaced 2 windshields for me. They were on time both days and their prices are the best I found. The service was top notch.
