Because glass repair and replacement involve cutting and handling broken glass, it’s impossible to guarantee removal of all fragments. We vacuum thoroughly and use compressed air, but small residual particles may remain—especially near the repair zone. Exercise caution entering/exiting your vehicle and consider protective eyewear.
Avoid scraping glass from painted surfaces to prevent scratching. After installation, some fine particles may remain; highway driving and a quick wash help clear them. Residual lubricant from cutter tools can evaporate within 24 hours, but check dash vents and carpets for moisture.
