ADAS Calibration & Why It’s Necessary
If you replace the windshield in your vehicle and it is equipped with Lane Departure, it may misalign your camera and need to be recalibrated. While Lane Departure is just one feature of the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), other safety features can also be affected, including cameras and sensors. A Lane Departure Calibration may be necessary and can often be performed on site at the time of installation.

Dynamic vs. Static Recalibrations
Glass Masters performs Dynamic Lane Departure calibrations on-site, but static calibrations must be done in a controlled environment. When a static calibration is required, we schedule the replacement at the vehicle’s dealership.
